Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you order, book a repair, or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect only what we need to serve you:

• Your name and phone number
• Delivery address (within Lagos for deliveries)
• Order and repair history with us
• Message content you send to our WhatsApp or email

What we do not collect

We never store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by Paystack, and pay-on-delivery orders are settled in person. Card numbers never touch our servers.

How we use your information

To process orders, keep you updated on repairs, deliver across Lagos, handle warranty claims, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data to anyone.

App waitlist and email updates

If you join the OMD app waitlist, we collect your email address and record when you gave consent. We use that address only to send updates about app availability. Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link; confirming it removes your address from future app updates. You can also ask us to delete your waitlist record by emailing info.omdtech@gmail.com.

Where it is stored

Customer records live in our Supabase database with row-level security — only authorised staff can access them. Receipts and photos are stored in our private Cloudflare R2 bucket.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info.omdtech@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within 7 working days.
